Interrobang Book Launch

At the Interrobang book launch last month, we were graced with the presence of New Zealand poet Cilla McQueen, who hit the nail on the head when she said reading Interrobang was like “being with real people in a real room,” going on to state that many of the students who have contributed to the book will go on “to make a real impression on New Zealand Literature.”

At the launch, Corrie Du Preez and James Eunson did an incredible job of winning over the audience by running the evening. Many students read their work aloud, bringing a new sense of life to their written work.

A special thank you has to go to Lenar Viernes, the Year 13 student who spent over 40 hours on the cover design for this year’s book and towards putting the book together.

It has been a hugely productive and successful year and we are very proud of our achievements.
