Orphans Aid International

As part of Orphans Aid International’s 10 year anniversary, from the 6th to the 10th of October, a few members of the LEO organised for a group of students to participate in a challenge called ‘Live Below the Line’. This involved surviving for five days spending only $2.25/day on food and drink, essentially living below the poverty line. This meant that we had to buy food in bulk or find food for ourselves (eg. Fishing and hunting). The money we gained from sponsorship will be going towards Orphans Aid International, an organisation that assists those who are disadvantaged. To contribute, you may contact the school office for more information or visit their second hand shop on Don Street.
