Kapa Haka
The Hemi Hakena Kapa Haka roopu are hard at work preparing for Te Hautonga: the Otago/Southland Secondary Schools Kapa Haka Competition. They have been practising for many months to create their powerful, spectacular performance programme. The competition is going to be held on the 10th of July in the Dunedin Town Hall. Kia kaha, Kia māia, Kia manawanui roopu!
They are thrilled Kaytlin Tomlins is coming with them as a guitarist and tuakana. A massive thank you to all of the wonderful tutors for their mahi.
