Southland/Otago Road Champs provided spectacular conditions for racing. James Hargest had 10 riders competing in individual and team events. Some great times were achieved throughout the day with Emily Forsyth winning the U17 Girls and Hayley Stark and Jordan Berkers not far behind. Up and coming Junior Zach Hibbs raced well in the U15 Boys coming away with 3rd overall. James Hargest won both U20 team races. The Girls team was comprised of Genevieve Hare, Hayley Stark, Jordan Berkers and Emily Forsyth and Boys team Hamish Wallace, Jonathan Blyth, Benjamin Wyatt and Jack Madden.
