2024 Southland Primary & Secondary Schools Swimming Championships

ENTRIES
All competitive swimmers entries must be completed via Fastlane & swimmers must ensure the School they
represent is reflected in their Fastlane profile before
entering

To do this, follow these instructions:

1. Login to Fastlane
2. Click on Profile
3. Click on Club/School
4. Click on Details
5. Select School
6. Type in School name &
select it
7. Click Save

 If you are not currently registered through a club, your  school must email admin@swimsouthland.org.nz with
swimmers school, name, age, gender & event numbers
they wish to enter

Entries Close for individuals on fastlane – Thursday 27 March (if you are swimming at this event then please let bsmith@jameshargest know by Tuesday 25 for the relay entries).

– Swimmers age is as at 16 April, 2025

– No qualifying times

-Swimmers must pay an entry fee to enter Splash Palace

-Report to marshalling 6 heats prior to their event

-Permitted one start only, if a false start occurs they will  be disqualified

-Must be supervised at all times by a Team Manager

-No late entries will be accepted

-No refunds for any withdrawals will be given once the final psych sheets have been published.   Medical certificates  will be considered upon application

-Schools are encouraged to provide at least one timekeeper

For those swimmers that are entering and don’t have a log in for fastlane you will need to register the events that you are doing on the permission slip below by Tuesday 25 March, 12pm.  The cost of the non competitive swimmer will need to be paid direct to the school.  The charge is $8 per event. 

Those competitive swimmers that register through fastlane can you also please enter your name, date of birth and that you have registered through fastlane on permission slip so as a school we have a record for administration purposes and for when we go to choose the relay teams.

If we don’t know you have enter then this will have a bearing on if we can enter a relay team or not.
