Teenage Sleeping PatternsAdolescents living the 24/7 lifestyle: the effects of caffeine and technology on sleep duration and daytime functioning.
Sandra Tyree (HOD Guidance) will discuss the cognitive, behavioural and functional consequences of inadequate sleep in young people.  
She will also consider the impact of technology use on the health and wellbeing of adolescents and the role of sleeping habits in day-time tiredness.
