Well done to these lads who have been busy representing Southland Rugby over the holidays. Mason played for the Southland U16 and Josh, Harry, Ethan, Matthew, Hunter and and Will played for the Southland Spikers.
Both teams won their respective finals.
Southland U16 earned a hard-fought win over a competitive Otago Metro team, winning the Plate Final 41 – 34.
Southland Spikers carried on their winning form earning them the Pennant Trophy, beating Buller 62 – 10.
They played some wonderful rugby in warm spring conditions on some hard Canterbury fields. Well done to you all!
